Under the artistic direction of Mohamed Rouabah, the Métamorphoz company and its team transmit a dance open to aesthetics, cultures and other arts.

 

Our programs are designed for schools and higher education institutions, cultural and socio-cultural organizations, and dance schools. They combine movement exploration, collective creation, and encounters with live performance.

GOALS

 

Developing confidence, listening skills, and self-expression. Through play, improvisation, and composition, participants explore their own body language and learn to create together.

 

The team adapts the activities to the group and its experience. The joy of dancing and the quality of commitment guide the progress.

SKILLS DEVELOPED

 

• To orient oneself in space, to refine body awareness and relationships with others.

• Explore the fundamentals of movement: space, time, weight and flow.

• Develop concentration, listening skills, coordination and the joy of dancing.

• To improvise, compose and give form to an intention, alone or in a group.

• Observe a proposal, put words to your feelings and welcome other points of view.

• Discover works and understand the stages of a choreographic creation.

The objectives, the pace of the sessions, and the methods of feedback are defined with the partner organization. Regular exchanges allow for adjustments to the program and for sharing the results.
